In the interior field, we can only provide detailed explanations before production.

Scope of supervision work:

Regular package:

- Explaining to the contractor about the design according to the drawing

- Attendance only when needed

Complete package:

- Ensuring construction according to the drawing

- Finding solutions together with the owner or contractor if there are obstacles on site

- Routine supervision and do quality control (QC)

You can choose which package is needed with 2 price options:

Regular package :

Option 1: paid per visit: IDR 800,000 per visit (average 2 weeks 1 time)

Option 2: budget percentage: 2 % of construction costs

Complete package :

Option 1: paid per visit: IDR 1,250,000 per visit (average 1 - 2 weeks 1 time)

Option 2: budget percentage: 3,5 % of construction costs

This cost is for the locations of DKI Jakarta, Depok & Kab. Bogor.

Outside the area, such as BSD / Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor, and outside the city can be adjusted with additional costs.

For construction and production costs, we can help you with costs in the range ;

Architecture:

IDR 7.000,000 - IDR 9,000,000 / m2 or above IDR 15,000,000 / m2

Interior:

IDR 4.000,000 - IDR 7,000,000 / m2 or above IDR 12,000,000 / m2

If your budget is lower than the above, you clearly don't need our services. We can recommend our partner construction teams.

Please note that if you take construction services, the supervision fee is eliminated, but the drawing fee is still paid separately with a 50% discount.
