Regular package

Layout, front and side views, and 3D perspective of the facade ( 1 view ).

starting from IDR 95,000 / m2

Complete package

3D perspective drawings and complete working drawings ( shop drawings ) for construction, including material selection.

starting from IDR 160,000 / m2

Interior

Regular package

Layout, elevation, and 3D perspective drawings of the main rooms, only a few views.

starting from IDR 120,000 / m2

Complete package

Regular package plus details / production drawings with additional 3D perspective drawings if needed.

starting from IDR 175,000 / m2

Term & Conditions :

Payment system 70% in advance (before work starts) and 30% after the approved drawing is completed.

For small areas, the cost is calculated at a minimum of IDR 5,000,000

3D rendering resolution in standard ( A4 paper ).

Shop drawing / production drawing plot in A3 paper with pdf format.

Pre-design revisions during space planning ( layouting ) and concept finalization are a maximum of 6 times.

Revisions during the detailed drawing process are a maximum of 2 times.

The rest will be charged.
