Term & Conditions :

Payment system 70% in advance (before work starts) and 30% after the approved drawing is completed.

For small areas, the cost is calculated at a minimum of IDR 5,000,000

3D rendering resolution in standard ( A4 paper ).

Shop drawing / production drawing plot in A3 paper with pdf format.

Pre-design revisions during space planning ( layouting ) and concept finalization are a maximum of 5 times.

Revisions during the detailed drawing process are a maximum of 2 times.

The rest will be charged.

We are very sorry that we cannot negotiate the price below the above conditions.

Supervision and permits

Building structure calculation ( must be made by a licensed structural consultant )
